Our licence is a rolling monthly rental agreement that can be terminated by either party, with one month notice period

Residential. Our houses and flats are offered on 6 month Assured shorthold tenancies. This is to comply with the Housing Act.

We require one month's rent and one month deposit in advance.

When we purchase a property, it can be very run down, but we will refurbish it to a very high standard. Our housing stock usually has had new windows and doors, carpets and furnishings and where appropriate new bathroom suites and replastered. Our shops and industrial are refurbished to a high standard appropriate to the use. Wherever planning allows, we install electrically operated roller shutters or whatever security is appropriate for the property.
